We can work with you on a small intimate gathering or a more formal lavish affair, no matter how large or small your budget is we can work with you on a small or large scale as we offer an exceptional tailored service at very competitive prices.

A Tailored Approach

Until we meet you and find exactly what you need it is hard to say how much our services cost, as we tailor all of our services to each of our client’s specific requirements and don’t simply offer of the shelf packages. You may simply need assistance with sourcing certain suppliers and negotiating prices or you may want us to manage and deliver your whole event from start to finish. What we will guarantee is that we offer exceptionally good value for money whilst not compromising on quality.

Because of the extensive suppliers we have built relationships with over the years who are not all necessarily from the wedding industry we are able to offer exceptionally competitive prices. Even using our suppliers from within the wedding industry we are able to negotiate competitive rates on your behalf and any savings we make we pass directly to you.

Just to give you an idea, prices for our on the day Wedding co ordination service start from £250 depending on your individual requirements.

This service includes:

  • A full de brief meeting from yourselves four weeks prior to your event where you hand everything over to us.
  • Regular contact in the weeks leading up to your wedding day on all of the details for your special day.
  • Full on the day management of your whole event meeting with suppliers and liaising with your venue to ensure everything is set up exactly as you want it and is running on time.
  • Transportation and movement of flowers and props to and from your venues – ceremony to reception.
  • Finalising and adding those finishing touches to your table settings and venue.
